About RN NAKIA
You’re hurting, but you still have to work. You still have to parent. You still have people depending on you. And somewhere in the middle of handling everything, you’re asking, ‘What do I do now?’ If you’re navigating heartbreak, separation, divorce, or life as a single mother, we can start with what needs your attention today. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you book. I’m RN Nakia—a Registered Nurse with decades of healthcare experience, an ordained minister, a mother, and a faith-based life-transition coach. I bring direct conversation, compassion, accountability, and lived experience to our work together. I have a special heart for women in healthcare who spend their days caring for others while carrying their own struggles. In The Next Chapter Session, we’ll talk through what’s weighing on you, choose one priority, and identify two or three realistic steps you can take next. That may mean rebuilding a routine, making room for your own goals, or deciding where you need support. My approach is grounded in faith and the belief that your life still holds purpose. Why I coach
I coach because I’ve been that woman. I’ve rebuilt after heartbreak and divorce while working, raising my children, and showing up for people who depended on me. I know how much life can ask of you when you’re already carrying a lot. That is why this work is personal. I want to make room for a woman to tell the truth about where she is without feeling she has to have all the answers. I bring my faith, nursing perspective, and lived experience. You bring your story, your priorities, and what you want for your life. Together, we focus on a next step you can actually take.
