About Jaimie

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the person my family, friends, and coworkers turn to for guidance. Growing up in a single‑parent household shaped me early, and I naturally stepped into a mother‑figure role for my siblings. By 15, I was already living on my own, and at 17, I graduated high school and headed straight into college. At 19, I married my high school sweetheart and soon after joined the Navy, where I served just under four years and earned my associate degree in Healthcare Administration. When my military service ended, I continued my education and earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology, followed by a master’s degree in education with a focus on school counseling. While in graduate school I worked as a mentor/ career and academic readiness coach for middle and high school students. Life has brought its share of challenges — including divorce and the loss of several family members — but each experience has deepened my empathy, strengthened my resilience, and shaped the way I show up for others. My journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s given me a unique perspective and a genuine understanding of what it means to navigate hardship, rebuild, and grow. It’s why I coach: because I’ve lived through the kinds of moments that make you question everything, and I know how powerful it is to have someone walk beside you with honesty, compassion, and unwavering support. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, writing, performing original music, attending live music venues, serving at my church, reading personal development books; and spending time with my loved ones.

Why I coach

I coach because I genuinely want to help people become who they were created to be. Over time, I’ve learned that we all have blind spots, and sometimes we need someone who can honestly and compassionately reflect back what they see. My role is to offer that clarity with professionalism, respect, and a commitment to your growth — so you can move forward with confidence and purpose. Together, we’ll work on intentional planning, accountability, and practical steps that lead to meaningful, desired change. My goal is to support you in becoming unstuck, gaining clarity, and confidently moving toward the life you want. Don't go it alone, there's wisdom in a multitude of counsel, let's do it together!
